A glimpse into me.

Hi there I'm Lazaro Campos, a Backend Developer from Cuba, passionate about building scalable systems and solving complex problems through clean, reliable code.
My interest in programming started at a young age, but everything truly clicked when I discovered Java while creating Minecraft mods. Since then, I've specialized in backend development, working primarily with Java, Spring Boot, relational databases, and cloud technologies to build modern applications.
Beyond my day job, I enjoy building open-source projects, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously learning about software architecture, distributed systems, and developer tools. I also create content where I document my journey as a backend developer, share what I'm learning, and talk about technology with the goal of helping other developers grow.
When I'm away from my keyboard, you'll probably find me reading about new technologies, planning my next side project, or enjoying a good cup of coffee while sketching out new ideas.
I specialize in backend engineering with Java and Spring Boot, building scalable APIs, designing clean architectures, and working with modern cloud technologies. But there's always something new to learn. Here are some of the places I've worked.
